Natural concentrated improver based on ascorbic acid and enzymes (0,5% - 1%)
Description: BIOCONCEPT is to be used in the production of bread, pizzas, focaccias, breadsticks and leavened confectionery (croissants, doughnuts etc.). Because of its composition, it is not necessary to list it on the product label.
BIOCONCEPT leads to the following benefits:
